About the role

As a 1st service staff, you are the spider in the web during our service shifts and the right hand of the restaurant manager. You are present in the operation and ensure that both guests and colleagues are happy – every day. You greet them with warmth, professionalism, and a smile, ensuring that every meal – whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a celebration – is something extraordinary.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and taking care of our guests in the restaurant and banquet halls
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks with a high sense of service
• Contributing to a pleasant, safe, and professional atmosphere
• Collaborating with the kitchen, bar, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in serving and dining room work
• Has a genuine interest in food, drinks, and people
• Is solution-oriented, flexible, and used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Has a positive attitude and always keeps the guest's best interest in focus
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality service
• Has good communication skills
